The race Windham (United States) was probably one of the most spectacular of the season. The route favored high speed and if this were not enough rock gardens and jumps have literally inflamed the show. A climb to the top step of the podium was Aaron Gwin (Trek World Racing) that led to thousands of American fans has proved, again, the rider to be in better shape and better in an absolute sense. Gee Atherton (GT Factory Racing) is the symbol of that type of rider that in every circumstance and on every track manages to do well. The third place to Windham is proof that the English champion is always able to “pull out of the helmet” good numbers of. His style of driving fast and clean always manages to get him to the podium. For sure is having a great season.
Now we are all accustomed to the excellent performance of Danny Hart (Giant Factory Off Road Team). A Windham English former world champion has long been seated sull'hot seat, best of him only Atherton, Smith and Gwin. At the end of quarter end.
Had it not been for some “smear” in the upper part of the track, Sam Hill (Monster Energy Specialized) would almost certainly grabbed the podium. Always faithful to flat pedals, The Australian will finish the race in seventh place.
